• The images on our website were taken when the properties first started their operation. Please note that there may be wear and tear by the time of your visit. The layout and furnishings of the properties may change without prior notice.

3. Responsibility for Information Usage:

• We are not responsible for any damage or inconvenience resulting from the usage of information obtained from this site. Guests are encouraged to contact us for the most up-to-date information.

4. Guest Responsibility:

• Any accidents or unfortunate events that may occur during your stay are entirely the responsibility of the guest. Please exercise caution and take care of the properties. If you identify any dangers or hazards, kindly inform us immediately.

5. Child Safety:

• Please be mindful of your children's safety while staying at our property. There may be trip hazards on stairs or in elevated areas. The property is not disability-friendly.

6. Check-In and Check-Out Times:

• Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and checkout time is at 12:00 PM. Any overstay requires prior notice.

7. Parties and Alcohol/Food Restrictions:

• No parties are allowed without prior notice. Alcohol and non-halal food are not permitted at the property at any time.

8. Smoking and Noise Policy:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. Additionally, please maintain quiet after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for neighbors. No karaoke set is allowed to be used. Penalty of RM200 will be imposed by breaching this policy.

9. Reporting Discrepancies:

• Any discrepancies or concerns regarding the property need to be reported to the host before booking to address them appropriately.
